I am writing to thank the drivers of the coaches who drove our students to Crystal Palace, for their good humour, patience and helpfulness – Particularly Paul for his kindness in providing assistance for a student who needed an urgent comfort stop, his response to the situation was exemplary, - Assistant Principal, Academy Bermondsey.
