Training
We offer an excellent training programme that ensures all personnel meet the highest standards.
New driver (PCV) candidates at the time of interview undergo a driver assessment with an in-house assessor, to determine their driving ability and future training needs.
The company actively encourages individual training and development and regularly arrange both internal and external courses. These include IAM, presentations by the Metropolitan Police and Customs & Excise, Emergency Vehicle Evacuation, Heavy Loads, First Aid and NVQ's in Passenger Transport.
Subject to the operational requirements of the business and resources available the company operates a "training school" for those requiring upgrades from automatic to manual (Section D) licences, trailer (Section D + E) upgrades.
